General Purpose of Contract:
A huge lava wall has been put up for protection and to annoy me. It was put up because a horse that was wondering around Larene's town was taken by me (Not know if Larene was active or not). With this contract a wall of any sort that is higher than 3 blocks from the edge of her town to 30 blocks in (Unless it applies to a home or a needed building). Any wall that is built more than 30 blocks away from the edge can be 20 blocks high at most. No lava walls are allowed to be put up in Larene's town.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give Larene's horse back. All walls that belong to me must be inside the boundaries of my land.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Larene agrees to take down the walls of lava around her town and is not allowed to put a wall of any sort that is higher than 3 blocks from the edge of her town to 30 blocks in (Unless it applies to a home or a needed building). Any wall that is built more than 30 blocks away from the edge can be 20 blocks high at most (Unless for a home or needed building that is essential to Larene's farm). No lava walls are allowed to be put up in Larene's town. All walls that belong to Larene must be inside the boundaries of her land.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
