General Purpose of Contract:
For @Mr_Doom_Bringer to pay me $1.2 million ($1,200,000) within 8 weeks, on a payment plan of $150k ($150,000) per week.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
To allow the payment of his money to me every week.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Mr_Doom_Bringer must pay me $150k ($150,000) per week over the following 8 weeks. payments are due every Thursday. This will amount to $1.2 million ($1,2000,000) at the completion of the 8 weeks. Therefore, the due date for the final payment will be Thursday, August 21st, 2014. I will be accepting early payments from this user if it is possible for him to do so. If this is not done, a complaint will be filed. For everyday @Mr_Doom_Bringer is late on the payment, he is required to pay $10k ($10,000) per day everyday late. If not completed, a complaint will be filed. In the event he obtains an Efficiency 7 pickaxe, he will have $750k ($750,000) deducted off of the payment plan. This plan has been made from the last contract, which he breached by breaking the pickaxe and is abiding by the rule in which he is to pay $1 million. We have agreed to have @Mr_Doom_Bringer pay $1.2 million ($1,200,000) in 8 weeks over the $1 million ($1,000,000) in 4 weeks in the previous contract found here. @Mr_Doom_Bringer is also required to make a thread pertaining to the payments including screenshots of each week, showing that he has paid. This will server as the evidence for him while I take screenshots myself.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
