General Purpose of Contract:To solve the contractual issues of DiamondDesire and Mr_Doom_Bringer as provided originally by this contract: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/loan-contract-to-mr_doom_bringer.86598/ and continued since then by many others including most recently: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/new-contract-mr_doom_bringers-loan-updated-version.93926/



I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:I, Revanrose6, agree that this contract was written while keeping in mind what is best for both parties in order to realistically receive the money originally agreed upon. I further agree that this contract was made after seeing that the contracts involving this agreement were getting out of hand and into a territory of never ending, unrealistic debt.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees to the following terms:

1. All previous contracts between Mr_Doom_Bringer and DiamondDesire are to be overridden by this contract.
2. Mr_Doom_Bringer will repay to DiamondDesire the original loan of $390,000. The repayment to DiamondDesire will total at $800,000.
   1. The amount of time allotted to repay this with be 8 weeks allowing for the earning rate of $14,285 a day which is a reasonable amount. The due date as such will be 8 weeks from the contracts approval.
3. Mr_Doom_Bringer will not attempt to make any new contracts with DiamondDesire until after this contract has reached completion.

DiamondDesire agrees to the following terms:

1. DiamondDesire agrees that all previous contracts are null and void. The $800,000 amount of the original loan is the only amount that will be repaid and the previous late fees will be forgotten.
2. DiamondDesire will allow Mr_Doom_Bringer until the end of this contract, 8 weeks from its signing, to finish trying to pay off the loan. In the event Mr_Doom_Bringer does not hold up to his end of the deal, then DiamondDesire will file a complaint for breach of contract.
3. DiamondDesire will not attempt to make any new contracts with Mr_Doom_Bringer until after this contract has reached completion.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:Yes
