I realize he is already banned. I am not asking for the whole 175k back but any amount would do if Nelsin does even appeal. Additionally, I wish to tagged in Nelsin's appeal if he so chooses to appeal so I may reason with him.

As for the refund:
For a future note, when you write a contract look at how many other contracts a user has, because the more contracts he has, the less likely he is able to pay everyone back, which will result in one ban for a breach of contract and that will result in all of his contracts being breached.
