Nelsin's banreason has been modified to include this breach of contract. As for the refund: For a future note, when you write a contract look at how many other contracts a user has, because the more contracts he has, the less likely he is able to pay everyone back, which will result in one ban for a breach of contract and that will result in all of his contracts being breached.
