    Thank you for reporting this. Without evidence I cannot do anything about this refusal to pay. It is clear that the auction, bid, and sale occured, however, I have no way of knowing that it actually didn't take place. In the future please take thorough screen shots of the entire interaction. If you find a screenshot with evidence of a refusal or ignoring of you after the fact please post it with this screen shot and file a new complaint. Thank you.
