Reason: Slandering in shout/innapropriate language.
Counter-Reason: I am not active on this server much anymore, but every single time I log in I see someone being cheated out of something with the mods saying "it's not breaking the rules". I logged in today, saw a tycoon cheat a builder out of a lot of money by buying his nstars for way to cheap. For this action I shouted "(person's name) is a scammer and to watch what you trade with him." Got kicked for it came back 2 other times to do it and got kicked those times. The mods told me this is final warning so I said "[Mod Edit] and your warning."
Now on the subject of slandering in shout, last I was active which was around 6 months or so, you could say whatever you want in shout. For one, it is your money you are spending to use it right? If I spend 1k to shout something I should be able to say whatever I want.
On the second subject, I did say that to a mod, none in specific just generically (considering multiple mods were talking to me at once) and I am sorry for saying that to mods I am just very agitated. Now I will explain why I was so agitated.
To me, if you are high in rank like say a Tycoon, making a little money here and there off of new people should NOT be your first priority. It should be to help new people, to give them lessons, to teach them to thrive and survive on this wonderful server. Not to try and cheat them out of money or items. It makes it worse because the person was a noob so had very little n-stars so the tycoon is making very little profit but still does it. Do you really think new people will want to play on this server knowing the highest ranked people want to screw them over instead of help? Now I do understand that it is not technically scamming considering the other party agreed to it. On the other hand if that person knew how much n-stars were worth I am almost 100% sure he wouldn't have sold them for that price. I have seen this go on so much by the same people I am surprised mods or Andrew hasn't changed anything to try and stop this.
P.S.Also if the person admitted to cheating a builder then how am I slandering him in shouts? He admitted to doing it on global chat multiple times.
Evidence: None. Though the person admitted to doing what he did it's not "technically scamming". And I doubt I need evidence for what I did.

No matter what, there will be high-ranked players that help, and high-ranked players that will cheat people. In this case, he did NOT scam them, because he did infact give them money and the build agreed, also, why would you spam shout and lose thousands of ecodollars instead of giving them to builders? #Logic

Mr_Doom_bringer, as a president of ECC you should know not to post on appeals that do not pertain to you, whatever your intent might be. You have been warned to that effect in the past and I cannot find any reason to leave you with a verbal warning. Forum Warning Issued
On the matter of your appeal Virathrax, slander is never permitted on ECC. Ever since I joined the server, shouts have not been exempt to the rules against vulgarity or slander. If you believe I am incorrect in that statement, I welcome you to contact Revanrose6 about the specific clause stating that it is permitted.
You admit to having called them a scammer, while you also admit it is not a scam in the rules of ECC. Would such a situation be a bad deal? Perhaps, but its not illegal to underpay someone who is not well informed. It's an economy, they will learn in due time. As a matter of fact they may learn instantly that there are better prices, should you have just messaged them and told them of the markets, or offered higher prices.
Finally, on the note of vulgarity against a staff member, which seemed to be the final straw in this case, I can only say "well, don't do that". If you were being told not to break a rule, and were unsure of the legality of the rule (believing one thing and having staff tell you another), you should have spoken directly to a staff member and explained the situation, not directly broken a handful of rules by insulting and ignoring them.
If you would like to get unbanned, please find the rules on vulgarity and harassment, quote them, and explain to us in your own words what they mean in your next appeal.
