Reason: Trolling staff/spamming global
Counter Reason: Trolling Staff??? I was not trolling the staff. I made a lot of suggestions to staff about a foreign language chat. When they asked me to change the subject I did. I argued with Clou44 and Zardy about this flag I found that resembled and Nazi flag. Upon further research I have come to the conclusion that it strongly resembles and Nazi flag but it isn't accurate. I insisted it was a Nazi flag and it should be taken down because it obviously resembled one. They both said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't however say what I should do if I wanted to post a complaint/suggestion in the forums. I was yes, arguing with staff, but was I trolling them? NO! Spamming Global? I admit I spammed a little. Was I given a warning? No. I was spamming because I had to tell staff what was happening. I forget their username but they were abusing their pyro donation by lighting me on fire. It might have appeared like it was spam but it was actually a very very very misspelled/unpunctuated message saying something like "help me." It was so badly typed because I was on fire. I apologize as it looked like spam. I did throw myself into the fire once so I could alert staff that the fire was placed to troll me. I am very sorry for this misunderstanding. I am very sorry also for arguing with the staff. When Zard and I were talking I said I was a European so I would know what a Nazi flag would look like. Zard then said that remark was "purely racist." I should have stopped arguing with him when I noticed he was getting irritated. I should also have not spammed the chat about the person who was abusing pyro donations. I just really fealt the staff were not aware of what was going on. It has been a week now and I really thought about what I did. I believe it most certainly did not deserve a perma ban.
Evidence: I'll see if I have any screenshots. I am terribly sorry for what I did. This is not my first ban but I, like I stated in my last appeal, have learned. To staff it may seem I have not learned so they banned me again. I really have learned and this was just a mistake and another mistake. I would never try and hurt, annoy, abuse, and troll anyone one purpose.

 

I dont want to see "Sorry, appeal next time with more honesty" because this is the cold hard truth.

 

Why does zard have to handle it? He had a part in the situation........ but it is obvious he has prejudices against me. Could maybe say, kukekele handle it?
