Minecraft Username: OLD_MinerJOE
Reason: Minor Griefing
Counter-Reason: im new to minecraft servers in general and not 100% familiar with how everything works. i now find myself banned for minor griefing (i took someone mossy cobblestone) which i TOTALLY agree that i did. however i do think the ban is a little harsh as i tried to explain to the mod that i had no idea i broke the rules and immediately tried to fix it. i will be able to replace what i took and really feel that i dotn deserve the ba
Evidence:evidence? well if u have a chat log u can tell im new cause i ask SOO many questions. evidence as in i will get the stone back (ik i saw a store that sells it) and i truely was sincere about how bad i felt for taking his stone

Thank you for appealing with the correct format. I would like you to copy/paste the rule you broke here to ensure your understanding of what you did wrong:

Hello and I am pleased to see that want to re-join the server. Regardless whether your grief is minor or not, griefing on this server is totally against the rules. I suggest that before you rejoin the server that you look over the rules that you have broken I have copied them below for you.
Please do not let this happen again, or further action will be taken against you.
Fellon temp banned from server for 24hours
Clause I: Main World
The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it. Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) When a grief report is filed, grief is deemed mild/moderate/major based on the damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation.
