Reason: Grief in Farmzille

Counter-Reason: Bobbysix is not his full name but complained that I griefed his farm. When in fact I did not. I bought access to farm in his town, above his farm there was a floating platform above the town that was his. This was an automatic farm and I farmed it knowing that I had no restrictions. I did not accept a board with rules and there were no signs saying I couldn't farm there. There were no signs or rules that I accepted that permitted me from going up there. Bobbysix then proceed to call me swear words and use profanity. In which I have screenshots. I was going to replant, he banned me from the town before I could, then proceed to say I griefed

Evidence: Screenshots of the profanity and Bobbysix has screenshots as evidence of the conversation that we had because if he doesn't then that means he did not have Sufficient evidence to get me banned.

This is very immature of a person and not right considering I have put numerous hours of effort into this game. This also does not make eco city craft look professional considering a person can falsely claimed that I griefed.

As shown in the thread I created here http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal.52136/ I am showing that there is not sufficient evidence to ban me.
I did not know the rules and there were no rules that bobbysix6 gave me. He did not tell me to read the rules posted in the town

I am sorry for the damage done and am willing to fix it, but I should not be banned. Bobbysix6 banned me from the town when I had intentions to replant and rebuild what I needed to do. I would of done this out of common courtesy. I wouldn't of done this because of the rules because I did not know them.

 

an appeal according to court systems is to prove you are innocent not apologize for rule breaking of which rules you were not told to read or shown. I didn't even know the town had it.

second I had no clue that the places were locked and not open to me. Btw I was going to replant but you don't understand and obviously did not read my earlier posts they banned me before I could replant.

 

An appeal is to get my account unbanned. I am here to get my account unbanned not JUST apologize.

 

Also Kmaxwell I was not even aware or shown where the town rules were. If I was bobbysix6 needs to show evidence.

 

I am willing to fix the damages WHICH I WAS GOING TO no one gave me a chance. I still will fix the damages

BTW i never looked for a way up there and in your earlier post you said people can go up there and farm. "first off i show everyone the rules after they pay for perms and i do allow access to the wheat/carrot farm. but u didnt have access to the gates yet so u broke all the fences. i dont allow that. and u cleared the whole farm by breaking fences then i watched u tp away.so u obviously had no intention on replanting.i know for a fact you sold all the seeds/carrots so you couldnt have replanted.my friend concordeclass watched u break each fence and collect the wheat and carrots. and i was very angry and sometimes when im angry i cuss and i apoligise for that,"

so are you lieing or just confused cuz you said in the post that is is open and now you just said it is not

Please for the sake of the proffesionalism of this server to allow an immature person like you to ban me atleast have valid claims.

 

SHOW EVIDENCE OF YOU SAYING I CANT DESTROY BLOCKS AND REPLACE THEM AND THAT I COULDN'T FARM UP THERE without this evidence i should not be banned
