    I demand in my appeal that I am sorry and was and now am willing to fix the destruction of the items. I demand that I be unbanned because there is not evidence. Btw kmaxwell -- i am sorry bobbysix6 it was a misunderstanding that you blew out of the water I am willing to fix the destruction of the items.

    So I would like to be un banned the farm was an automatic farm and in order to automatically farm it you had to destroy the fences and in turn it would run down and destroy the plants then i could pick them up. I was banned from the town before I could replace the fences

    Hello Aporth,

    First and foremost, one cannot simply 'claim' you griefed and have you banned. We have the ability to do log block and check to see if you committed the actions that he has claimed. You do not appear to be denying that you broke the fences involved. I would like to point out that whether rules were posted or not buying perms to a town does not mean you can break whatever you please. The server rules specifically state the following:

    The server assumes that grief is illegal unless a town mayor specifically makes a rule that it is legal. That being said, if the town mayor was willing to file a grief report, and a supermod checked it and found it was you, then it was you and the mayor considered it grief. When it comes to town you should never go places unless you specifically are told you can. If you buy perms to a certain area, do not assume that other areas are included.

    Further, accusing the staff team of being unprofessional is uncalled for. We do our jobs properly and we do not ban without sufficient evidence. I will be issuing a 2 hour Tempban for you to properly read the server rules in their entirety.

    If you have any questions regarding server rules or why you were given the punishment I am issuing feel free to PM me on the forum or in the game when your tempban expires.
