Trade Chat Cool Down​

What are you suggesting:

I suggest that the trade chat has a cooldown time so that people don't spam in the chat. I know that you have to wait 5 minutes before your next message in the trade chat but I feel like this should have a cooldown much like the Super Breaker, Giga Drill Breaker etc. It would not let a user send a message in the trade if it has been less than 5 minutes and it should say how long left until you next message in trade is allowed. Feel free to contact me for more questions.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It would stop the amount of spam in the trade chat (especially for new builders who don't know about the 5-minute wait) and fewer people saying 'wc' in trade.​
