Smith master removes netherite​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting adding the ability to also remove netherite from a netherite tool with smithmaster​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would allow people to upgrade the magic on their previously smithmastered magic tools.​

Other information:

People paid to put netherite on their tools and then paid to upgrade their magic tools but now one feature seems to be preventing another from being used.​

I mean regardless of the bug report solution, if it’s easily implemented this could have its uses and save development time elsewhere. A lot of people get over the look of netherite pretty quick. Just adds some versatility with the feature and makes the transition from diamond to netherite less permanent.
