B1 MPick - Toggable Flux Mode​

What are you suggesting:

For the B1 Magic Pick, have the new "Flux Mode" be toggable.

Per the original Boosted Magic Pick suggestion that got accepted, the "Flux Mode," could be toggable with a shift + right click (similar to the toggle of the boosted grass block)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

People have relied on boosted raw ore for a long time. A forced "Flux Mode" is a big turn off for many people who heavily rely on boosted raw ore with their mining. Making it toggable will help make the mining approach not one-directional​
