additional deny flag​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that a deny flag is added that allows you to deny certain players access to your town. this command could be toggled with /rg flag {town} {player} {deny/allow}​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I think this would be useful for town owners that have people trying to troll members in their town. for example people trolling in local chat or breaking town rules. this would allow town owners to be able to enforce rules without having to bother mods. this additionally, could be used in events where they are given 1 chance to complete something before being removed. for example parkour, pvp, elytra racing, or in events such as minewars, where people who try to troll can easily just be removed without any further arguments in local chat.​
