SkyBlock mob spawning increased by over 4x!

Mob spawning range from player increased from 3 -> 4
Mob spawns increased from every 20 ticks (1 second) server wide -> 5 ticks (0.25 second) server wide.
Mob spawn limits increased from 24 -> 70. (This is a very difficult value to explain when it comes to how exactly it works - refer to https://bukkit.gamepedia.com/Bukkit.yml#monsters)

The ECD Forum Medal no longer awards you with a prestige upgrade.

Reason: We have determined this is a very easy "pay to win prestige" and simply doesn't fit in with our server community. Yes, the same argument can be made for "EcoLegend", however this rank is somewhat considered as the "winning" rank for Main, thus we will leave this prestige achievement as is.

For those who had the ECD forum medal, you were charged 5 million under the old economy system. Post this charge, withdrawals were available for 10 to 1. Meaning you would have received 500,000 EcoDollars instead.

For the next 72 hours (expires: January 3rd 5:30 PM EST) you are able to send me a forum PM requesting 500,000 EcoDollars. Keep in mind doing so will have your forum ECD medal removed, which is of course still a thing.
