I am just going to be completely honest, I know that this is fake. If everything updated at the same time, they would ALL be updated at 6:49, but one of them was at 6:50. You have been all over the place with all of this. I am going to deny this appeal, and you can send a new one in 2 weeks.
Wait the mods folder is empty because i have NO mods and this is not fake it depends on which i use so if i used the 1.8 on minecraft it would change versions. it only had the mods at 6:50 because i didn't use mods until i pressed it to look into it.
I seriously don't get how you think im luying i mean you have no proof i hack and just because im not that good with computers and doing complicated stuff, and just because 1 person said i hack no im banned. that is unfair it should be video proof that i hack that's a suggestion for the server next time they ban an innocent person.
I'm just going to say, Why do you even have your .minecraft folder on your school computer? Also your folder was already open when you were recording, that is not proof. If you want to show it to us, make sure your folder isn't open first then record, we want to see it update itself not you recording to show us it already has updated.
@Yusef On your pictures, none but just the version folders was modified last. In your video, EVERY single one was. This screams "FISHY" and "SUSPICIOUS" very loudly and very clearly. Files won't just "randomly" all edit themselves like that. Never has, unless you have something that runs/edits a file in ALL the folders at once, and with minecraft this is NOT the case. You are obviously lying to us, straight to our faces, while we are being generous enough to give you a chance at a second chance. So if you were hacking just be honest with it. We know you were using some hacked client and you are just trying to treat us like we are stupid and don't know nothing about computers. If you want to continue your shenanigans do it on another server. Honesty and truth will get you a lot further ahead than lies. With that said, I'm done here with reading your appeal and replying. @Evanyoshi and @zRinne can do as they see fit after they read my piece on the matter.
Sorry but I have to agree with @Pip Xanadu . Do not take our kindness for granted, we're not fools. However, I am a very tolerant person. So if you have anything to say, this would be your final chance. If you still would like to lie to us, we're going to lock this appeal and put it away into the rejected files.
Oh also not to mention you were using the account: Monkeydood88 to ban evade, hence now your ban being escalated to global.
Well, I am going to keep this ban appeal rejected. @Yusef , if you have anything else to add, please add it now. We are not stupid, and you are trying to play us off for being so. We have complied for a long time with you, and you can not just come out clean. I am also disapointed that not only did you lie to us on multiple occasions, but you also ban evaded, which brings you into another world of trouble, not to mention that every time that you said something, you contradicted yourself.
Ok fine ill tell you the truth, im very sorry that I lied to you guys and I should have known you were smarter than that. I do hack, but I did not hack on the server. I hack in general to play Single Player and on one server I know that lets you hack. I didn't want to show you the versions folder with the hacks because then you guys would think I hacked on the server. which I don't, this is a good server and a person who already donated would never hack on a server like that especially if its a good server. Im sry I lied to you guys and if you want to know my hacks and where I use them just ask me. I wont delete the hacks im sorry but since I don't use them on the server, I don't really know what you guys are going to do to me. Also, Im telling the truth on what im about to say, Monkeydood88 is not my account its truly my brothers account and he plays on the server, so please don't ban him, he had NOTHING to do with this.

No, you will have to wait 30 days to make another appeal. You dragged this on for 2+ days, when you should have come clean from the beginning. I asked you a few times if you had hacks, and you said no. You can make another one in 30 days or not at all. Also, we have no way of telling if your brother is the one who was on your same ip. We decided to NOT unban him until you get unbanned, and you can thank yourself for that, because you were very persistent that you did not hack. This appeal is rejected, and we will see you again in 30 days.
Wait but that's not fair I got banned global just because he was playing then he got banned because you thought it was alt? can I show you any proof that it isn't me. because if he never played I would have never been banned global and only factions. Please Unban me and him globally and just keep it a faction ban, he did nothing wrong and I don't deserve to be banned global just because he played and you thought it was alt, I mean that not really my mistake its kind of your guys mistake, Not to be mean, But plz unban me Im begging. Going to add in my thoughts. Do you think by telling the truth it's enough? Firstly you were lying to us, if you think coming clean would get you unbanned right off the bat, you're mistaken. You didn't show any signs of being sorry, just all "Yeah I admit I hack, now unban me." You admit for the sake of it. You don't seem to realize what you're doing wrong. That said, Evan already told you to be patient and back an appeal in 30 days, if you're going to pester and beg to be unbanned, you can remain banned.
