    Why is this happening is there a rule against me having the supposedly
    same IP address as another Globally Banned Player?

    Usually a similar IP means 1 of a few things:
    1) You or the other player(s) are using a proxy to change your IP
    2) You and the other player(s) are sharing the same computer)
    3) You are the other player

    I'm not saying you are on any of those due to I have no idea what has transpired to warrant your ban. Nick and Christy will be looking and talking w/ who they need to about the ban in place.

    If that is the case than that means I can not possibly have the same IP address because Nick_Godoy said that Bookhuggers IP was the same as Surges and mine was the same as bookhuggers but me and bookhugger live a state away. So it cannot be possible for me and bookhugger to have the same IP address. But i also know that bookhugger does not hack and does not have any association with Surge at all.
