    Which server were you banned on? KitPvP

    Why were you banned from this server? It said i was banned for hacking/aimbot/kill aura

    Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? i did not do anything wrong and i was not warned about suspicious activity before i was banned and also i do not know how to download hacks

    ok now i was in skygrid and i got a global ban and i didnt get a reason for it ?

    first i was banned from kitpvp for hacking (which i wasn,t) then i put in a ban appeal then my friend bookhugger (whom i was in a skype call with) asked about why i was being banned to Nick_godoy and then he was banned for having the same IP as some guy named @surge and for ban evading at ThriveLP. then he was globally banned for having the same IP as @surge. Then after the fact i was unbanned from kitpvp and i went on the server and confronted Nick_godoy about this problem respectfully and he did not reply he jailed me and muted me and then later on that night while i was on skygrid i was globally banned for no reason. I do not understand these accusations and i want to work this out.

    First off I banned you from kitpvp for a Hacked client, whether you say you did not or you did it was very obvious with people msg me saying to check you.

    Then I realized that Bookhugger was from the same IP as you and Bookhugger has the same IP as TheSurge3411 a global banned player without appeal. Which means that he could log on to any of your account, and do no good which is "ban evading". I will talk to higher up staff, and see what we will do.

    i am not using a hacked client and me and bookhugger just happened to be in a skype call at the same time you banned both of us. it was either a coincidence or we were targeted. people on skygrid can vouch for me not being a hacker. i have donated to this server often and i do not want to be globally banned for improbable cause.

    i don,t see how me, bookhugger, and surge could all possibly have the same internet since me and book live a state away.

    Well bookhugger admitted to having the same IP as Surge, and then when I check you it showed the same as book so just to be sure I banned both of you, and don't worry If I'm wrong and it changes to only book having the same IP we can discuss a possible unban.

    this server because of a similar IP ?

    That was because our ban system was not working correctly you should not have been on the server at all. Also asking about your ban was not going to help you in being unbanned.
    That's not the case if you read in the terms and conditions of donating we are able to ban you, and because you donated does not give you any special treatment from anyone else.

    My comment about donation was pointed at the fact that I have donated generously to this server because I love and enjoy it and I planned to be on it long term and I shouldn't be banned for supposedly having the same IP as some guy who got himself banned on his own accord and not mine.
