Island Level Prestige Minor Requirement​

What are you suggesting:

When you prestige for island level, you must retain at least the same island level/month requirement you applied for at the end of the season or the prestige will be taken away​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I know we have top island prestige which was supposed to persuade people to not destroy their valuable blocks for resale, but it isn't enough and is backfiring. Once a user has obtained the top island prestige, when they go for another skyblock island level prestige, they have no reason for top island prestige and sell the blocks yet again, but this time, it makes it almost impossible for almost everyone to get top island prestige unless they pay astronomical amounts of money to one or two uber rich users.

This suggestion comes off one of said uber rich users saying that they are going to get island level prestige, then sell every single block across two users to ensure they get the top island prestige. That is not fair in my opinion, so if we make it a requirement that you need to retain that certain island until the end of the season, it will again discourage players from selling everything to those who do not play skyblock​
