All sales are final, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.

When purchasing special features on EcoCityCraft, you make the following agreements stating that:
1. You are over 18 OR you have parental permission to make the transaction.
2. You have authorization to use the debit/credit card or paypal account in question for the transaction.
3. You will not chargeback, dispute or reverse any payments at any point in time for any reason.
4. You follow all of EcoCityCraft’s rules regarding special features, and, are aware that you are still fully bound by all the rules and terms of service that EcoCityCraft sets forth.
5. You understand that purchases and special features are not transferable to other accounts.
6. You understand that EcoCityCraft has the right to ban, for any length of time, any account for any reason, regardless of the special features attachments to the account.
7. (a) You understand that there may be times where you experience issues and temporary outages in using the special features that you have purchased, and that in some cases, due to the nature of Multiplayer Minecraft updating frequently, there may be points in time where features break and need to be removed temporarily or entirely. In the event that a feature is temporarily removed, EcoCityCraft development will try to get it back online as soon as possible. (b) In the event that a feature needs to be removed entirely, you understand that you will not receive a refund for that feature, but instead, EcoCityCraft will provide users with compensation deemed fair by the Administration. Should the features have potential future re-implementation plans, these plans will take priority.
8. You understand that EcoCityCraft does not guarantee a problem free gaming experience at any point in time, and also does not guarantee 100% uptime for the server or any of the other services that EcoCityCraft may run.
9. You understand that the features you purchase may not be available in all worlds, as outlined on the features description page.
10. You understand that by breaching any of the above agreements, or any of the other rules or terms of service that EcoCityCraft sets forth, that EcoCityCraft has the right to suspend your account or remove any features associated with your breach of agreement for any amount of time.
11. You understand that your pending purchases which have not been claimed (to claim simply login to the server after your purchase) within 90 days may be deleted.
12. You understand that the EcoCityCraft server is in no way affiliated with Mojang, AB. Nor should it be considered a company endorsed by Mojang, AB.
