Removed Smelt Cooldowns

• The /smelt and /smeltall commands no longer have a cooldown. Oh the possibilities this will likely bring with powertools and more!

Break, Place, and Use Shulker Boxes

• Do everything you can think of with Shulker boxes. Normally they are restricted from all players on the server.

/kit mobs2

• Use this command to spawn yourself even rarer mob drops! Very useful as mobs are quite rare on EcoCityCraft!
• This kit can be used once every 48 hours and contains the following items:
  • Item: Ender Pearl x2
  • Item: Blaze Rod x2
  • Item: Ghast Tear x2
  • Item: Magma Cream x2
  • Item: Prismarine Shard x1
  • Item: Prismarine Crystal x1
  • Item: Name Tag x1
  • Item: Totem of Undying x1
