Let me know ow what you think of Grand Theft Auto 5, I personally love the game, I think it's the best game that rockstar has ever made. Using 3 lead characters gives the game a whole new level of stuff to do.
The game just looks absolutely beautiful, that graphics are simple stunning bare in mind that it's running on 7 year old hardware. Thought out the time I've been playing the game which is about 3 days I've only encountered a few bugs which do not really effect gameplay to much.
The worst thing about the game is the minor texture glitching and items spawning in late, this has nothing to do with the actual game it comes down to the simple fact that the xbox is just not powerful enough to run the game. As soon as they bring it out on the Xbox One and PS4 then this game will be perfect.
I have heard a lot of people complaining about the driving and at first I was one of these people. After getting to know the game for about a day I have gotten to love the handling of cars and is certainly a major improvement over GTA IV.
Everything about the game is amazing, right down from the characters to the scenery. GTAV has the best characters out of every game I've ever played.
MICHAEL: The typical American father who is starting to fail at life and is turning back to his old ways.
FRANKLIN: Reminds me of CJ from GTA San Andreas, on the outside he seems to be the typical gangster but once you get to know him you realize he is more than that.
TREVOR: What can I say except he is crazy.
Overall we have to thank Rockstar for how much effort they have put into the game, who would of thought that in under 15 years a tiny company in Scotland have created the most mind blowing game in history.

Short Answer: It's ok, but far from a perfect experience for me.
Long Answer:
I miss the better controls of the PC versions of GTA. Sometimes when there is a lot going on the framerate drops noticeably (I have a PS3). And even in my console-playing past, I'm more used to an old-style cross pad. I'm still getting used to walking/aiming/driving with thumb joysticks. So for me the difficulty is a little discouraging, but not for the reasons they intended.
And it has an even more distorted view of life than previous GTA games, so that's a downer, and a negative. I don't want to discuss that part though because it gets into some territory that we can't talk about on these forums. But those aspects do lessen my enjoyment.
I like the game all right, but it's not the Ultimate Pure Exhilaration that I was hoping for. Part of it could be that my first loves were older and purer Nintendo games (Super Nintendo & N64), and they will always have a special place in my heart.
I am continuing to play, at a nice slow pace :) -
By the way there's currently a fun money making strategy involving diving for an underwater money-filled ($12,000) suitcase that has fallen out of a crashed jet that is laying on the seafloor. I've seen people speculate that Rockstar might "patch" this, because it is doubtful that the developers intended for the suitcase to respawn so easily. Also, there are reports that some people are glitching the suitcase even more by switching back and forth from another character while underwater by the suitcase.
If this was ECC it would very likely be considered a bannable exploit LOL.

I think im the one person who liked GTA IV's driving physics and was kinda disappointed that they changed back towards everything is easy to drive. Felt a lot more realistic in 4 and I liked that

There's one thing that I cannot drive, the bikes, I always seem to crash them into another vehicle or off the side of a mountain

I love how much larger and more diverse the gameplay is compared to other gta's and even other games like it. Isn't there around 25 hours of gameplay? Days of fun at your fingertips

I think the GS article said it will be for anyone that plays in October. But I would definately get some play time in before the update is released.

I JUST HATE GTA 5 well by the looks of it and the pictures/trailers it's just very disturbing. But on the good side at least it's got better graphics ya know what I mean??
