I remember I used to do that when I owned a server last year

 

I just remembered something. If your curious about doing a bit of research, before the invention of electric lighting and before there were street lights, people used to sleep for 4 hours, wake up, stay awake for 2 hours, and then sleep for 4 more hours. It's actually a natural human sleep pattern, but it takes about a month to get used to it, but then you'll sleep much better and be much rested.
