Ok, so if I understand, the following is the new terms...
@xX3PICREBELXx will pay @averagejoe2012 $750,000 ECD by January 29, 2015, if this is not paid in full by January 29, 2015, then @xX3PICREBELXx will owe $900,000 ECD which include the $750,000 ECD + $150,000 ECD in late fees, which is due February 5, 2015. Both parties have agreed. @averagejoe2012 you have the right to file another complaint after February 5, 2015. :) Glad you two could come to an agreement.
