Donators have a very slim chance of appeal to it. And you are also way off on the percentage. Donators rarely get unbanned for it, they must PM Andrew with a very nice appeal, it has to be of utmost quality and they must really be willing to get back on the server.

List more than 5 users you know who got unbanned for X-ray. Then we will talk.

 

Well frankly I am fine with them being unbanned. I have never thought the way x-rayers are perm banned was right anyway. No matter how good the checking system is it’s still a human doing it and humans makes mistakes sometimes. If it was my choice everyone would have the chance to try to send Andrew a nice appeal for a second chance not just donators.

 

nope donating does NOT make you immune to the rules.

I made a mistake. I wanted a second chance and got it. I make sure to follow the rules exactly, cause I know I will be banned forever if I do anything wrong

 

I agree with rosy if donators get a second chance everyone should.

 

I believe it is looked at case by case. If someone uses xray and the benifit from it then im assuming they are not unbanned. If it wasnt a serious offense then they should have an opportunity to appeal. In any case xray is really not an issue with the anticheats that are in place now. I havent seen a ban appeal regarding xray in a long time.

Honestly I dont think its really anyones buisness other then the admins. This has been by far the best run server I have found and it is run very well.

I see no real point in this topic other then to create another flame war because you feel you were wrongly banned yourself. You have been a contrbuting member of this community and have done some great things. Why do you want to continue to push the envelope and cause more trouble then nessesary? I think we all get that you are upset and feel that you were treated unfairly, but this is not the best way to get your message across.

I new emu pretty well. He was not banned for xray. As far as the other 2 you mentioned its not up to you or anyone other then the mods and the owner. Leave it at that.

They shouldn't be able too. But I don't understand why some people get more chances? I know a kid that has gotten in trouble atleast 7 or 8 times but every ban appeal they tell him to really read the rules... Greer lol that's my rant -_-

 

I think donators should be allowed to appeal for a second chance after x-raying. Many people think, "They are donators, the should be better at following the rules," or, "Its not fair that only they get appeals. Being a donator does not give people the right to cheat and get away with it. Being a donator shows that you are loyal to the server, dispite making mistakes.

 

Everybody deserves a 2nd chance, but if you are a donor then that does not make you immune.

 

Or better yet.... just DONT break the rules in the first place lol

 

Well, there is a grey area here. Most people will look and see that X-Ray is VERY illegal, which, it is! However, others who donated a lot, (Like my self) will be literally DEAD if we were ever banned from ECC.

The way I see it, EXTREME DONATORS (Over $100 [like myself]) Should at least get... somewhat of a break. Maybe a second chance, maybe not, like I said, there is a fine line.

All in all, X-Ray is a verrryyy bad thing. It truly messes with our server's economy and gives "Hackers" a chance at high cash.

 

Thats the easy way!!!!
