Are you the owner of this area and do you realize that attempting to world-edit another users area risks a permanent ban from EcoCityCraft?:
I do now, and its my area as i know it (no-one lives out this far)

NOTES:
1. I Would like the area INCLUDING the sign posts removed (if possible, i don't know how world cut works)
2. I Would like to have the floor changed to grassed-dirt or Dirt. HOWEVER I want the river NOT covered but if its not possible i don't mind dirt being placed 1 deep OVER it. So i can dig the dirt out and find the river again. I'm trying to keep the River / Lake as natural as i can.
3. By "river" i also mean the lake or ocean or what ever u want to call it within my boundary... I'm going to make a Port-City Or a Ship-City

If you can manage my notes, thank-you. If Not, thank-you anyway, i appreciate the cut.

I've placed grass down to help with the cutting as much as i can and to outline the river, if u decide to help... should be easier. I hope.
