Whenever I place a block on the space infront of me, it doesnt place and the entire stack is lost. I lost about 3 stacks of wooden plank >_<

EDIT: Whenever I place a wooden plank, it dissapears.
EDIT 2: I'm also missing my diamond axe, came back when I relogged. The Wooden Plank bug is also fixed when I relooged.
