Wood Half Block Bug

Brief Description:
When trying to break a Wood Half Block, it is easier to break with Efficiency 5 pick than it is with Efficiency 5 axe. Also, with an Efficiency 5 axe, the block does not drop. IT only drops with Efficiency 5 pick.

Instructions:
1. Place wood half block.
2. Break block with Pick.
3. Notice block does drop and is easy to break.
4. Place wood half block.
5. Break block with axe.
6. Notice block does not drop and is hard to break.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
Upwards of 5-6 times, I recreated this bug.

Result:
Tools do not work properly. Block does not drop with axe. Block does drop with pick.

Expected Result:
Tools work properly. Block does drop with axe. Block does not drop with pick.
