Yes, you can purchase insurance for any tool! I just posted on this thread that, at this time, I am not looking for partners xP Thank though! Possibly in the future I will open it up to partners!

@sick24 honestly this is a great idea, however there are going to be so many scams and mishaps that I don't think you can do it alone, the only way doen thing like this would be functionable is if the server created an insurance on its own, and let's say for insurance it's 100,000 ecd a month that money would go directly out of the server, and when a star tools is scammed they should be refunded fully or half
@matrix_rep Sadly, yes there are many scams/mishaps that won't be protected by my insurance, but I am doing all that I can : ) As someone said in this thread earlier, if I can insure even one tool, I'll have done more than anyone else in ECC history to refund victims of scams xP
