I have signed a contract for the sale of Main_Ville which guarantees the victims' fund a payment of One Million Dollars for the town. Given the uncertainty of auctions, and after discussing this with multiple staff, I've decided to accept the offer made by the owner of the two neighboring towns.

I think her offer reflects the seriousness of the situation, and also maximizes the value of the thoroughly looted town for the fund.
