I have used my only claim as Tycoon on TheShire town but I would really like to have the town of Rio right next to it as well.

So I was wondering would someone be willing to claim Rio and then sell it to me?

Well Harry, that is very decent of you, I don't know whether you need a proper contract or if this will do fine right here.

Either way, please go ahead and claim Rio and I promise to take it off your hands in the agreed amount right away.

I guess its OK just to tell the truth in answer to the questions about why/future plans? That is, you are helping me out by using your town claim to acquire the town with the intention of selling it on to me as it shares a common border with TheShire.

Anyway, hopefully it won't be a problem.

 

I filed mine without that because it comes up player not found (so the screenie is useless since it doesnt show any name) and so I just used the forum last seen and it was OK.
