Same thing happened to @Hardworknhunter only it was with him using a home that he had recently set. His resulted in his death. He used the /back command and everything was already gone, although the spiders at the spawner were still there. I told him to do a bug report.

 

I, sometimes, /wild land into blocks and leaves in the mining world (usually leaves). It isn't all the time and I can't suffocate, so it didn't seem like a big deal to me... until I read this thread.

Is there anything I can log/do if this happens to me again, to help resolve this?

Basically I /warp mining and then immediately /wild land.
