<small>EcoCity Bank is run by BKCHANEY, and is not responsible for loss of items, ecodollars, or glitches that occur during transactions between the bank owner, ATM machines, or placing items in your safety deposit box. Inactive bank accounts do not gain interest. There is a maximum of $5000 per week that can be withdrawn from your account. If more is withdrawn, a 15% fee will be deducted from your account for each $1,000 after the initial $5000. If your account reaches the maximum monetary limit, no interest will be gained on your account unless you upgrade or withdraw money. In order to upgrade your account, you must have at least the minimum account amount in your balance at the time of upgrade, and has enough to cover the upgrade fee. Upgrade fee is the weekly cost of the account you are upgrading to. Loans are required a minimum payment of 5% per week to keep your account in good standing. If your loan account is not in good standing, there will be a 5% fee added onto your loan, plus the initial interest charge. If you are perma-banned, and your appeal is refused, your items and ecodollars become property of EcoCity Bank. You are not allowed to grief, steal, or alter the bank in any form, or exploit any glitches it may have for personal gain, as this will result in a direct termination of your account, and loss of any items in your security box. All fees and interest amounts can be changed anytime, and you will receive a notice at least ONE WEEK from the change date to cancel/change your policy. All changes will be notified with IGM to your account. Loans are given according to your history of the server/forum, and interest charges are to be followed every 7 days after the initial loan is given. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in a termination of your account, and loss of items.
