    Why are people still trusting builders and residents that have no donation feature bought to buy a feature for them?
    I mean if a builder buying donation feature doesnt that just scream "SCAM" at you? Oh well just asking.

    Trusting anyone to buy donation features for you is always risky. The important thing to know is that there's a possibility of being scammed in almost every situation.
