I understand what you're saying because I, too, have a degree in computer science and mathematics. I've also been programming for 30+ years, 20+ professionally. I understand that he could probably have something written to do this. But, managing a server is not programming the server. I don't even know if andrew programs at all. A server is made up of a main server java application with a bunch of mod classes that are connected to it. You don't have to be a programmer to manage a server (I just recently set up a LAN server based on things and it doesn't take ANY programming). However, there are some people on the server that do programming of mods for the server. It might even be relatively easy to program something like this. But, if andrew isn't a programmer, he would have to trust and possibly pay someone else to program this interface.

This isn't a banking website and the last thing the server needs is a poorly built interface that automatically processes donations that can be hacked thereby some hacker can basically give himself all donations.

I've been on this server a while and I've looked at other servers, too. But, I always come back here because it is well managed and there are no tyrants running the show. Trust me, you have found the best minecraft server there is to be found.

Because we have a dedicated server owner, makes sure everything is done perfectly right and good. That is why they take so long. I don't mind the wait as I trust him.

It takes about 1-2 days to process, you need to understand Andrew has a life and probably gets busy time to time. Give him a break, they will get done eventually.
