Mine was OdysSC2 He hasn't been on in quite some time, but he was a mod when I was a builder and helped me from almost being banned lol. One of neighbors in dieselrabbit 's town didnt lock his stuff, so I took it and put a chest in his area that he could access woth it all in there. Then I saw a diamond block, and since I was new didnt know that griefing could be undone so I took that into the chest as well. Almost got banned by (I think) Netsui xD after that, I went to live in one of his towns, bought my first town roght next to his glorious city, and decided to become a mod like him some day. Two weeks later I did become a mod, and the rest is history
I never had a 'mentor' as such, but I suppose that Jmurph90 was my biggest help at the start of my time on the server. He let me join his town and pretty much left me to work freely on it, giving me co-mayor and allowing me to expand it how I wanted. Come to think of it, that was pretty awesome of him, as most mayors (including myself) are pretty strict with where you can build. Unfortunately he left the server a long time ago, and we haven't really spoken in about a year and a half But I shall always remember his kindness and support, which if it wasn't for, I might not still be here today
My mentor was the website, the wiki and the command /help. There were some times when I tried to get help even in the "help" channel, but that was because I was having a problem registering on the website because the confirmation e-mail didn't get sent out automatically. Other than that, the person who helped me the most was a chance meeting in the wilderness where I was farming wheat by a lake that I hid underground. VengfulBacon happened across me and offered me a plot for a very reasonable price. That is the closest person to a mentor that I had. I have taken what I learned from the start to build a town that makes it easy for people to start out on ECC and I try to be a mentor as much as I can. I can't really do it it global chat though because there is just TOO much talk in there.
kolipoki He was the main person who helped me on EcoCityCraft - Next to Sios. I came onto Ecocitycraft not knowing what Minecraft even looked like.. So I was a huge noob.
These are fantastic posts guys! I'm loving reading all these, keep posting! Jetscat I feel you. I only learnt that a stack of ender pearls was 16 when I joined EcoCityCraft. I was a huge nooby as well. : P
My mentor was Siepherimcraft I lived in his town as a builder/resident he taught me all about the server and eventually when I became a President he let me join his Nation. Good times...

Erm... I think I would be nowhere without Daredevil0592 and kghhansen123. These two set me through my resident days, and taught me everything I know today.
