Best way to make money as a builder, res, mayor. Get a 10x10 plot dig straight down (get a town that let's that happen) build 2 cocoa farms under your house from surface to bedrock. Then pay 200-400 for gate/water set up then find 1cocoa and start your farm. I promise you mayor by the end of the week 2 tops. Then get donations and have fun building.
