What was your motivation to get Mayor? Is your town how you initially planned it?

I would love to visit your town someday when you are ready for visitors - I am so glad you are a part of TwinTown and am really impressed by your building skills.

 

My town was initially supposed to be a town with skyscrapers and mansions. currently it is a gigantic vault town.

 

My motive was to make a town that my friend and I could live in with awesome Japanese Garden-type stuff.
It is currently the temporary relocation of my house (Permanent if @LegendaryTrio decides to have a mass eviction in my previous town) and a storage facility.

 

My Mayorship was kindly funded by Eekelmo. I named it VolticadeCity, and wanted it to be the centre of a Volticade empire. I had plans for a meticulously detailed walled city, but lacked the motivation to even get the towers in the walls built, unfortunately. Eventually, I went absent, then came back. The town area remains abandoned.

 

My motivation was to build a huge farm (not HuzzahFarms, a personal netherwart farm) so that I could make money a lot faster, which I did. I didn't really plan anything else (actually, I planned everything. Just none of the ideas really happened.) so it is kind of just a jungle of personal things that I need with a few plots to sell.

 

Well I planned a huge nation. I currently have 9 towns in the area but lack the motivation to continue. It is now a small area of inactive residents and I still have awesome co-mayors to keep it up a little bit. But it is way to much work. I sadly lost interest to ECC and Minecraft. But I still come on sometimes to say hi and to try to get active again. But my town is way different then planned.

 

I don't even know what happened to my mayor town...

 

I had a dream I became mayor and I just planned the town out in my mind.

 

The story of my town:
First I had planned to claim an ice spikes biome right when rising came out, but I accidentally lost my home there and scrapped that. My current town was a gift from oragmimaster10. He bought me mayor in exchange for my mayor town, but gave me one of my own to keep. The town is slayhill, part of the 600x1200 area of towns that all end in "Hill". Most of the other towns are water. When I got the town, it was mostly flat except for some old lwc's left by the original owner and a small multi level farm. I set up an office in the spawn area and set to work. My goal was to build a builder/resident town with a farm. The farm now has every crop and soon every tree in minecraft. For a while, things were very slow. I outlined a few potential plots and a future barn. Then I got lucky and one ticked a fifty ticket lotto. I used the money to get a barn and 6 prebuilts constructed by sparkly. In May, I purchased tp with ECD and opened for business. I was able to help many builders like I wanted, but the town had few permanent residents due to lack of a portal. The original owner is long inactive, so it is unlikely that will happen. One day, I am going to buy a resident a mayor town with a portal nearby, but that will cost a lot of money. I had a spell of in activity this summer during which the town by and large shut down. I am working on improvements right now, with a goal of having a grand re-opening in the fall sometime. The farms are coming along nicely, especially since team rheas bought me water. In June a builder Pm'd me that she wanted to build me a farm for free if I provided materials. So now I have a vine crop farm right next to the individual crop farm. I don't think slayhill has lived up to its potential yet, but I am enthusiastic about its future. Thanks to everyone who helped me along the way.

 

My motive was to have people stop asking me to get mayor! Jk . My motivation was to finally do it so that I could say I was going to build a town. So, 3 weeks later of dirt placing (mainly on my own, I got tp later for help) I have a town that is primarily builder engineered. That doesn't mean I have no plans; I want mass transit in place. That way, I can carry people to where I will have another town. My original inspiration was to build Venice, for Kmaxwell and Hades on their date. For that, I would have used boats and canals for the system. Extensive mining has given me many rails to use. So I may make a rail system.

 

Mayor is the prettiest color.. besides mod blue. I got it because I was bored with resident, and I wanted to apply for mod! My town went to eben48, but I got a town called elaren_plaza from @origamimaster10 and it's a cute builder town.

I had been a Resident long enough and people were treating me like a noob, so I applied for mayor and now I am not treated like a noob anymore

 

I love the color of mayor, it matches me and looks great! I want president but I don't like the color.
Mod blue is nice but ServerOwner red is nicer

 

I guess I shouldn't really say anything here, as I have only just receved mayor and am currently working on my town.

I plan on building a vault town for the most part, with a few trustworthy players living around it,

 

My motivation was swag and martial arts.

 

I got mayor because at the time i thought that on ECC you saved to rank up. Although now I realize that I wanna get other things before getting president.

I thought i would get at least 1 customer but
