Multi home, kit cc, or water
I almost have enough to afford them (Eco dollars) and I want to know which would be the best to get/most useful

My first feature was Multihome, and it helps a lot with getting to different places. Say you have a home, farm perms, a mine, a spawner, and then an extra home you can use as a sort of "save" place.
Water would bes nice thing to get if you go mining a lot or if you are planning to do a project involving a lot of water.
Kit cc would be for if you're a heavy SG player, and you're wanting to get more of an edge over other players top make more money off of it.
I would also recommend SAVING your money for a bit, until you could get TP. TP is an amazing feature to get. -
^^^ What both said... I remember reading somewhere on one of these threads that it was recommended to always start with something you are unable to easily get from another player. MultiHome, fly, tp are examples. Like was said, if you are a heavy sg player, the kit is a way to improve your chances of earning money there.
Water is something that unless you have a huge project you should be able to get some placements for cheap.-

I got MultiHome first but I would also recommend teleport for a first feature. They are extremely useful and can save you tons of time.

Multihome is the best $15 donation money can buy, honestly. It saves absurd amounts of time and helps you remember vaults, mining spots, and spawners with a simple command.
I would then buy Water. Taking out lava with a bucket and using sponges to suck up water is pretty helpful. General Minecraft principles there.
I would personally steer clear of /kit cc. Great kit, but there are features that will save you more time and make you more in the long run. If you are thinking of kits, I would (seriously) just get BufferPlus2 and ignore the rest of the kits.-
