Some people tell me that 10x10 minimum is what most people want, some tell me more than 15x15, etc. I would like to know what y'guys on ECC usually buy size-wise when buying a plot.

I do tend to make plots rectangular (I absolutely do not understand why people like square plots, but besides that,) give me a rough average of the sizes you tend to buy. If you can add a price range that you'd usually buy in, as well, that'd be helpful.

And for the lazy people.. I'll make a poll. This thread might even help other people when they make plots to sell in their town, so as many posts/votes is helpful. D:

    10x10 - 15x20. I'd pay anywhere from 1k to 5k depending on the town.

Ive somewhat learned that people like big plots to build something with all their crap ._. Some people like to build fancy things to show off their creativity- a big point of why single player sucks- nobody to show off to or compete with. I sold the entire 3rd floor of my Skyview Appartment Complex to Jampacked for 11k, which was abour a 50x60 area... So some people live huge plots, but a few like small, cozy, simple buildings.

Odd shaped plots... squares and rectangles are just kinda... I dunno. Boring maybe?

make some L and T shaped plots. to make things a bit more dynamic.

I do do this, but people rarely buy them. ._. I honestly love plots like that, but other people just.. can't think of creative things. :/

I usualy go for 10x10 if i'm starting out. But if i have a good amount of money i'l usualy buy 15x15. On occation 20x20 if i'm really thriving money wise. For 10x10 i tend to pay a absalout maxamum of $800 because if it's higher i know i can get a better deal. For 15x15 i pay around $1800 to $2500. For 20x20 i will pay a maxamum of 5.5k and think a good price would be about 3.5k. This is just my oppinion.
