I've seen to many rushed towns. If you want to make your town special and different, plan ahead and don't rush. Always present any photography of your town very professionally & attractivly. Alongside this, make your town "Eye Candy", something that is very attractive and pleasant to be apart of. Maybe include something others town/many others don't have. You could even make fun activities that players might do in their spare time. Heres some ideas: Amusement rides, parkour course, town auction house for townside auctions (Suggested for active towns), fastfood outlet/store, parks or views that are from a high point, flowing environment (Not a flat town, they look like wastelands). If your aiming for an attractive farming town, maybe have a windmill on a hill with wheat fields flowing down the hill. All the best mate!
