I started by building a small house miles out into the sea which at the time was near the borders off ecc. it was originally built under the sea and i left no trace of anything being there so no greifers could come and attack my house from there is slowly built up 8k and bought access to icrafter34's farm and farmed that till i got enough money to buy a 20*20 plot in swampistan which was owned by slacker965 and mikelefebvre I then built a house and continued to farm icrafter34's farm until i had enough money to buy 6 10*10 plots which i then built a auto wheat farm where i farmed until i had enough money for res and then i farmed until i could afford mayor where i built my town on top of my home that was out in the middle of know where.
My first plot was a 10x10 cobblestone house in FortOcelot. It was made of cobble because I was going to move soon, and I didn't really want to spend TONS of time on a house that I would move. I lived just outside of the pumpkin farm, across from grinch9594's house. Now, I live somewhat in FortLynx and in my new town, Oakvale :3

Killarney was my first town. Became a co-mayor shortly after joining it and worked my way up from builder to mayor there. That was a nice town... * reminisce* Unfortunately then the server map was redone and Killarney was never copied over.
I started by advertising that I wanted to buy a plot, usernameofdeath tp me to lizard bay where I bought a 10x10 for 1k. I built my house and went into the wild to mine until I got perms to the town mine. Within the first 3 days of playing on this server I bought another 10x10 and a 20x20. I continue to live in lizard bay and lizard bay east where I now own a 30x30, 20x20 and two 10x10 which i combined to make a wheat farm. I turned all my plots into farms which I rent out. My journey on this server continues.
I started in build 18, about 150 blocks from the spawn there, and built a staircase that I closed up and set up a /home down at bedrock there with Thirdkid6972. We never bought a plot in a town anywhere, and had a really nice place down there. We had a 75x50ish auto wheat farm in the wild, and a 50x50x40 jungle tree farm, a 100x100 melon farm, and a 50x50 potato farm. The first 1k I made in ECC I put in the lotto, and I won 9k! Which started a bad addiction with the lotto Then our underground place was found andwas griefed, and we packed up our stuff and set sail on boats! We sailed for like 10 minutes out in the ocean until we found this shroom biome island that wasn't near anything by several hundred blocks. We ended up settling on the island which is about 100x200. Then I 3 ticketed a 380k lotto, and 5 ticketed a 1.4m lotto. So we made a nice place there, and a couple days later I made it my town, Shroomtopia I still don't plan on buying a plot in another town, only having my own towns! And to this day we are building an awesome town, which includes a giant underground maze (50x200x5) that I will host public events with I can't wait for this town to get more developed, and to open up some more towns!
I started in the wild but on my first day in found a plot in RTPcity run by absRTP. And farmed my way to mayor and now i live in my own town.

I was going through servers to find one I liked. I went into the town portals to look around. I went into the Gemenon portal. The town was just amazing! I could also see the economy was definitely there with the town market and for sale signs at houses. I decided this was the server I was looking for. I started by looking for a job. I remember starting out in the spawn with legitgolfer. We were both at the stage and I had to give him apples occasionally (The apple bug ). At first I was just selling apples using the apple bug. Soon I was hired on by Zim2000 to farm at pumpkinland. After my first day I raised 7k. For some reason back then I could only find big plots available. I saw Delucaco advertise in trade about 20x20's for 5k in Brighton. I hit it and after about a month with more work at Pumpkinland I finally got resident where around the same time I expanded out to about 4 20x20 plots.
I first lived in the wild as a builder wondering around with 7k or so for like 4 months... then i bought a plot in Oasis ajp79s town but when i first got my plot ajp79 was not the owner. the origanal owner of Oasis was _F7NKY_ who got banned about 2 weeks after i bought a plot in town for, ajp got mayor 3 days or so after he got banned and pmed andrewkm asking if he could purchas the town for his mayorship. andrekm said that he could buy the town for his mayor ship. about a month later i got resident. than i melon farmed while pumpkins were 1.50 ea and mellons were 2.00 each. I fianly got mayor and named my town ember from the movie The City of Ember. now i am a mayor and dont know if i will ever get president because i hate the color orange and green is my third favorit color behind pink and the best color ever purple! thankyou, TheYoungGun
I started out in the wild but I don't think I ever built a house there. Then I bought a plot in Drakemanor (Oh the memories) I quickly became mayor after joining the town and built my town next to Drakemanor and all the members of Drakemanor also got mayor and we all started The Empire which was very fun while it lasted.
Technically, I started in the wild with my own house on an island. Completely secluded with a farm and a cave and loads of ores. But to be truthful, not even a couple days later I joined Dormphood with my good buddies WabbitSeason, Xacheiree, ShadowEclipex, and killrdarknes (who just so happened to be my first neighbor). I stayed for maybe a max of 10 days and became mayor of Calare. Of course Dormphood and Calare shared an alliance and some of the people from Dormphood moved to my town. Now I have two towns and no friends to share them with as they have all become inactive (at least that I am aware. I know killrdarknes is still there though ).
