    just got 3 stacks of diamonds. five eff 4 unbraking 3 fort 2. 3 eff 4 unbraking 3 silk 1. 2 eff 4 fort 2. 1 eff 4 unbraking 3. like 15 stacks of coal. like 5 stacks of gold and 5 stacks of iron. and tons of diamond ore! and a few other slightly great enchanted items! Beat that!

    Pretty much all (most) towns have a little over a week before people are removed. I've seen some with two weeks, but yeah.

    Anyway on topic,
    I found some enchanted tools, a spew of crops, a bunch of building blocks, and a chestload of awesome diamonds, iron, coal, lapis, and redstone. Along with a bunch of rare blocks (mossycobble, rail, ect)

    I got an Eff 5 pick, lots of diamonds, a few other high-enchanted items... This was back in 1.3, when Eff 5 was worth quite a bit... Made some good profit
