What Do You Take Into The Mining World With You?

I take:
4 stacks of torches (since my computer is not very bright)
A stack of food (cooked potatoes usually)
My Efficiency 5, Fortune 3, Unbreaking 3 Pick
My Efficiency 4, Silk Touch 1, Unbreaking 3 Pick
My Efficiency 5, Fortune 3, Unbreaking 3 Shovel
My Efficiency 5, Silk Touch 1, Unbreaking 3 Axe
Full set of Diamond Amour

 

i take 1 eff7 pick 1 eff5 fort 3 pick a full set of protection 4 armor and 2 stacks or so of backed potato

 

I just take 3 iron picks like 4 stone picks 64 torches extra iron just in case and like 3 stone shovels also just like any food I can bring. I really need more money

 

If you have a Windows, go to the search bar and type in c:/users/<your account name>/appdata/roaming/.minecraft

The open up the file called "options" and edit the gamma level to 100000. No more torches needed.

 

Tools

• Diamond axe (No enchants)
• Diamond shovel (No enchants)
• Diamond Sword (No Enchants)
• Diamond Pick (Efficiency 4 and Unbreaking 3)
• Fishing rod (Luck of the sea 2 and unbreaking 3)

 

I take:

- My eff7
- My max fortune pick
- Potatos.

 

I take max enchant (no thorns though) Chainmail armor. I have a Max Fort III pick in the first slot, Eff 7 pick in the second, Eff 5-10 depeding spade in the 3rd slot, Axe Eff 5 in 4th, Sharp 5 Looting III sword in 5th, and a Star Rod in 6th slot for when I see creepers, and on some occasions I will have an Eff 5 shears and sponge in the 7th and 8th slots.

 

I keep it simple. Eff7 pickaxe (I also bring a max for3 on fresh mining resets).

 

I bring eff 7 pick, water bucket, baked taters. Prot 4 set. Nothing else

 

Eff7, Ice, Baked Potatoes and a full set of Prot iv armor.

 

#Twins

 

Pickaxe, fire protection armor and a sword

 

Efficiency 5 Unbreaking 3 Fortune 3 Diamond Pick (or an eff7)
Full Prot4 (in case mobs and I go afk)
Eff5 unb3 shovel
Water bucket (also used for /pt fix all)

Thats basically it.
No need for food, /eat.

Instead of using torches just go to your .minecraft folder and set the gamma to 20. there problem solved no more need for torches

 

I don't go into the mining world.. except to fortune my ores.
Mine in the main world and stay safe. <3

I always remember to bring @SKSoccer with me when I'm mining. That way when I fall into lava I can stand on top of her to get out.
