I make money by receiving free star tools from @matrix_rep.

 

At the moment, probably about 10% of my income is from sg and mining.

The rest comes from profits from Station 14, as well as voting. Getting $50,000+ worth in nstars per month, and then selling the reward coupon at the end of the month, is by far my biggest money maker.

 

I usually make about 100k+ in lottery in a month's winnings, maybe 30k in sg wins & about 80k/week in mining. Not much but enough to get by on. :p

 

I don't have any star tools, my main income is sg, and voting for nether stars.

It sucks tho being my only income sg because on off peak which is when i get on, I need to wait around 5 hours for anyone to sg, leaving me nothing to do other than lotto and that always ends up leaving me poor :p

 

My main ways of making money:

1. Mining with an Eff7
2. SG with my clan
3. Farming with a MelonSword
4. Loans (risky, but worth it if you find a really trusted user)

 

Stock trading?

 

Ah yes, and finding bugs with the stock trader. Trading itself made negligible money versus the coupons ;)

 

Villager trading, flipping towns.

 

Flipping towns has been my primary job lately. I'll make about 50-100k profit from each town usually.

That takes time though, so in the meantime I farm, play with the stock market, and fish.

Farming for sure.
I used to mining and fishing as well, but now I devote most of my time to building my towns and people buy plots and houses from me, but I can't say it's a good way to make money as I keep expending my town and it requires constant investment.
Other ways you didn't mention in the poll include loan business. I've been doing it for quite long time but honestly, I still losing money on it. I made few mistakes when I started, and now the situation is becoming better. Also doing loans for me is like a hobby, I love to do it.
And my spawn shop is doing better recently, thanks to some nice customers:)
