If you are mean/rude/disrespectful, you will be punished

Does he understand any of the above?!?!? I mean seriously, you go on a server, act stupid, disrespect people in charge of you, get punished (BANNED!) and expect to be let back in! He might get let back, but if you don't want banned, read the rules and follow them! How hard is that?
