  - A free multi floor Pumpkin Farm
  - A tree farm
  - A 3 floor Spleef Arena
  - Free Regular repairs provided by tcanton233
  - Public ender chest by the town portal

Prices

The Rooms cost:

• - Bottom Floor $100 per week to rent and $400 to buy
  - Top Floor $120 to rent and $500 to buy

The plots currently cost between $1200 and $3000. To get a rough estimate calculate $10 per square.

Town Portal is on the 17th Floor

Turmalin has a new Co-Mayor: xMacRae (who also happens to be the town inspector^^)
Also in front of the portal is now a public ender chest.
