1.Within plot limits only!

2. 20 Block's Up and You can Only go down with Mayor or Town Helpers Permission(So PLEASE ASK)

3.No rude builds

4.No Griefing

5.If you are inactive for more than 30 Days you will be evicted unless prior notice has been given

6.Replant farms

There are no taxes
But Donations Are greatly appreciated and can be given at shadowfield's spawn area :)

If you are caught griefing:
1st time- $2000
2nd time- $5000
3rd time- Eviction

Not Replanting Farms:
1st time- $500 and you have to replant
2nd time -$1000 and you have to replant
3rd time-Eviction

If you have been evicted from inactivity you can reclaim your plot if it hasn't been sold but you will be charged depending on plot.
