PandaNation

There is a huge landmass off in the great EcoCityCraft ocean known as PandaNation. This landmass was first settled in 2013 when young mayor TheN00BISHPanda wanted to make the biggest nation he could. He went off to have 13 towns total in his nation that he and his friends rule. The towns on the landmass are known as PandaVille, PandaValley, PandaHeights, PandaHills, BudderVille, PandaCapitol, CakeCity, PandaPlains and Demeter. There are towns further away from the island known as Accrington. PandaNation also controls territory in Rising, the New World, PandaForest, PandaFarm, PandaIsles and PandaVillage. Below you will find information about the nation.

Founded on the belief of a strong, firm government PandaNation is the place you want to live. With a 200x200 town farm coming in Rising and a PvP arena and multiple plots and prebuilts. PandaNation is the place to live if your new to the server or a 3 year Veteran! With many members we have a strong community and a nice Staff. If you are of the rank Builder all plots are half off to you. Even shop plots to invest in until you can get resident. PandaNation is the place to live and thrive until you move on to Mayor and then your town can register into the PandaNation! If you don't want to buy a plot you could always donate to us. We accept everything but prefer nstars and cash! The Nation in Legacy ranges in distance from about 600 long and 800 wide! Some placements of the town are a little funky but thats just how it is!



PandaVille
PandaVille was the first town to join the Nation. President @TheN00BISHPanda built the town there for it to be the center of attention of the Nation. It currently holds the tallest building in the Nation, PandaTower, and it will also be home to the PandaNation Mall. The town is known as PandaCentral. Part of BudderVille is also included since Legacy PandaNation does not technically have a center. PandaVille borders PandaHighway. You can reach all towns by PandaHighway except for PandaPlains and Demeter.

PandaHills:

Pictured during the nightime, PandaHills is home to the diverse population of buildings. From Medival, to Modern to Suburban and many other designs, PandaHills is the place to be for sheer randomness. PandaHills was the second town to join the Nation, purchased from RedBoii2000, who is no longer welcome into our Nation. PandaHills has gone under 3 remodels making it the most remodeled town in PandaNation.

PandaCapitol:

This picture of the PandaCapitol/Nation spawn building, taken at night, is where the only portal so far in the Legacy Nation is located. Another portal will be Purchased for PandaHeights and PandaVille and a warp for either PandaValley or BudderVille. You can see the statue of the president in the background. This statue was built by @Jikkzz. PandaCapitol will feature a News Center, luxury condos and prebuilts along with shops. It was the third town to join the Nation.

BudderVille

BudderVille was the 5th town to join the Nation, PandaValley being fourth. BudderVille is the home of The @Mr_JustinBlaise PvP Arena. When the Nation is complete, tournaments will be held there. The picture was taken during the legendary BudderVille sunrise.

PandaValley

PandaValley is going to be a suburban based town to house members of PandaNation.

CakeCity

CakeCity is a town that has not been filled in. It is still currently a ocean. :3 It will be a market place and homes.

PandaHeights:

PandaHeights will be filled with skyscrapers and office buildings. The way of life there will be penthouses and luxury condos in the sky.

PandaPlains:

This town will feature farms, homes and shops! It was the 8th town added to the Nation and it is located in far PandaNation. It is next to Demeter, the 9th town.

Demeter

Demeter will feature a 200x50 farm bordering the town of Atlas, not ours. It it very destroyed right now and needs dirt placing and demolishing.

Accrington

Accrington is a private town. It is for co-mayors and officials of PandaNation to have a private house and sanctuary. If you are someone who wants a plot but isn't a PandaNation official, it will cost you....

RISING TOWNS:

PandaFarm:

PandaFarm will be a 200x200 town located in Rising next to 3 other rising towns. It has a portal and is part of the New Rising Nation.

PandaForest:

PandaForest will include small, log cabin like houses and will be spread out. Plots will be significantly higher in price and there will be only pre-builts.

PandaIsles:

PandaIsles will be a small collection of towns on several different islands. Private islands will eventually be up for purchase.

PandaVillage:

Although this picture is taken from the PandaFarm Fishing Company, it shows a good view of PandaVillage. PandaVillage will be a 2-3 island town.

Rules and Requirements for Co-Mayors!
Well for starters you have to be resident or above. Sorry builders. You have to be active in games and on the forums because you will be added to a group chat where we discuss plans and other things. Must be active in-game. If not, you will be kicked of PandaNation Staff. You have to be comfortable selling plots and talking to people. Must have your own equipment. None will be handed out nor sold. Donation features are not needed but recommended. Your job as a co-mayor of PandaNation is to sell plots, be helpful and friendly to everyone, demo buildings if needed (May hire people if needed), build plots/pre-builts (May hire people if needed), file LWCs and help out with projects.

Your town can join PandaNation too!!
If you live in PandaNation and never want to leave it, but at the same time you want to rank up to Mayor+, here's the solution! Rank up to Mayor+ and give us your town(s)! We can help you purchase the towns as long as we become owners of it! You will be required to apply for features for the town that we want (we would pay for it) and you must not remove us from owner! /msg then00bishpanda about it today!

Perks of Being a Town Member and Things you Need to Know
Let's first start off with some perks on being a member here. Our Co-Mayors are equipped with a multitude of Donation Features. Our Co-Mayors, including myself, have donations such as: Water, Pyro, Teleport, ExtCreations+, ExtCommands+, Fly, and many more! We have public cook pots and Ender Chests everywhere! If you have any questions, feel free to pm me or the co-mayors!
Now let's start with things you need to know. Greif. First of all, is not tolerated and second, the server is equipped with LogBlock which will catch the greif within seven days of it occurring. It does not lie. SO don't lie back. We don't like liars. Inactivity. Myself and all the co-mayors will go around every so often and check who is not active. If you have been gone at a minimum of 7+ days, the co-mayors will then report it to myself and/or @Slayer_boy_2000. Well will then file for a LWC Removal and to unlock your chests, then which your items will be transferred to a holding cell for 7 more days. After that, they will be taken and sold or kept. We will also demolish and put your plot for sale unless you live in a pre-built where it is safe for 3 days. Now this can all be avoided by /mail or /msg 'ing me and I will tell other co-mayors about your absence and you will be excused.

~*~ The Rules ~*~
Here is the most important part of this thread, the rules. You need to follow, agree and show the rules in PandaNation or YOU WILL be kicked out.
1. All server rules are in effect in ALL PANDANATION TOWNS. This includes basic rules about language, trolling and general standards of behavior.

2. No trolling. No Cursing. No Spamming. Even though we have our own chat channel, /ch pandanation, you need to still follow ALL server chat rules.

3. Do not steal from ANYONE, regardless if the chest is unlocked or not. Anyone being caught stealing out of someone else's chest will be removed from PandaNation

4. Plot Rules: Do not build crappy, dirt, cobble houses. Make them look nice and friendly. Do not build outside of your given plot. Do not build above y= 120 or below y=42. Your plot is for you and you only, you will be charged extra for another person. It is better for them to buy their own plot. Large, square building require windows. If you don't follow this rule, I'll put some there for you <3 (thats not a good thing)

5. DO NOT CHOP DOWN TREES AROUND THE NATION. They are there for decoration and the make the towns look nicer. Don't touch them.

6. Use /home and /lock please.

7. replant crops. Failure to do so will result in a ban.

8. Breaking, altering or demolishing pre-builts is NOT allowed. You do not own them. So don't destroy them.

9. Don't Be Dumb.

10. If you get evicted, do not argue, flame, curse, greif, blackmail or anything of the sort. You will just get into more trouble. File a complaint if you think we broke the rules (We most likely didn't BTW)

11. If you are inactive for 7+ Days, we have the right to LWC and Demolish your house. If you are leaving, let us know.

12. NO GREIFING. Greifing is not tolerated and WILL get you banned from the Nation and/or Server.
